The invention belongs to the chemical field and particularly relates to a cement Grinding Aid. The cement grinding aid comprises polyether polyol which is polypropylene oxide ethylene oxide ether with molecular weight of 200-400, and the ethylene oxide accounts for 10-90%. The cement grinding aid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of polyether polyol, 1-1.2 parts of auxiliaries and 7-9 parts of water, wherein the auxiliaries are obtained by mixing sorbitol, xylitol, dipropylene glycol and 1,4-butanediol in a weight ratio of 1: (1-1.1):(1-1.1):(1-1.1). According to the cement grinding aid disclosed by the invention, the polyether polyol suitable for the cement grinding aid is prepared, and the polyether polyol has a regulating effect in particle size of the cement particles, and can be used for strengthening the cement strength and making up the blank of the national polymer synthesis grinding aid.
